We offer classes in Taekwondo, Tai Chi, Jiu Jitsu, and Weaponry. 

We have three levels of Taekwondo classes:

Kubs:      For preschoolers ages 3 - 5

Juniors:  For children ages 5 - 12

Adults:    For everyone ages 13 & up

We have Leadership Programs for both Juniors and Adults.  Not only do these programs teach you how to be a leader in Taekwondo, but the lessons learned can also make you a leader for life.  The Leadership Programs also include advanced weapons training.

We also offer private lessons, self-defense seminars, birthday parties, and demonstrations for your local group.

All of our Instructors are certified to teach in their field and are dedicated to bringing you the most modern training systems along with the proven traditions of each art.

Our desire as a staff is to train you to be the best you can be in your choice of styles and to help you reach your training and fitness goals. We've worked with literally thousands of students over our 25+ years of teaching and have seen so many people of all ages and abilities achieve things they had only hoped possible.
